What is Friender?
Friender is Facebook organic-sales software for people who build customer relationships through a personal Facebook profile. Its web app, Google Chrome extension, and Run Friender scanner connect contact management, friend requests, Messenger follow-up, post scheduling, and automation in one account.

How the web app, Chrome extension, and scanner work together

Use Google Chrome for the full Facebook-connected experience. One Friender account connects to one Facebook account. The web app also supports planning and management work separately from the extension.
Click Sync Now in the web app's top bar to refresh Facebook information. You can configure a daily automatic-sync time in Settings. The enabled Message Auto Responder handles messages through the extension in real time; sync updates tracking information.
Set up your first contact workflow
- Sign in to your Friender account and follow its Chrome-extension installation instructions. Connect the Facebook account you intend to use.
- In the web app, click Sync Now. Then open Contacts and select a person with whom you have an existing conversation.
- Open Notes and record the person's question, the resource you promised, and the agreed next step.
- Assign a Label for the relationship stage and Tags for specific interests. A contact has one label and can have several tags.
- Open Reminder to schedule your next action. Read the latest conversation before following up.
- Review Activity and Engagement for context, then update your note and label after the conversation changes.

Choose the right messaging workflow
Quick replies and templates help you reuse useful wording while personalizing the answer. Campaigns organize scheduled sends to a selected audience. Message Auto Responder handles matching keywords when enabled. Automation connects actions, conditions, and delays into a sequence.
For example, a person requests your checklist and agrees to a worked example two days later. Use a tag to identify that request, then build Message → Delay → Message in Automation. Configure an exit condition for a changed relationship or request. Follow the three-message example and test checklist before enrolling contacts.
Turning an automation off pauses in-flight contacts; enabling it resumes them. Each contact passes through a particular automation once. Flows can chain into other flows, with recursive loops excluded. Account restrictions and permitted activity remain governed by Facebook.
How Group Monkey fits into Friender
Group Monkey manages the entry and welcome workflow for a Facebook group. Its configurable approval rules can use completed membership questions, email verification, or a pre-approved Google Sheet. Welcome actions include posts, comments, and member messages. Approved-member lead details can be sent to a webhook, Google Sheet, or CSV.
That group-member export is a specific Group Monkey workflow. Evaluate other contact and reporting export requirements separately. The Group Monkey page explains the available rules, verification providers, and setup.
Questions to answer before choosing a plan
Is Friender a Facebook personal-profile CRM?
Yes. Friender connects contact records in its web app with a Chrome-extension overlay inside Facebook and Messenger. Labels, tags, notes, and reminders support a personal-profile sales process. Choose tools according to the actual surface you use: personal profiles, business Pages, and group administration have distinct workflows.
Can Friender schedule Facebook posts and follow-up messages?
Yes. Posts provides content scheduling and a calendar. Messenger follow-up sequences are built separately in Automation with Message and Delay actions. Choose the relevant feature in the current plan comparison and configure its own schedule.
Does Friender use AI, and who pays for it?
Friender's AI features use an OpenRouter or OpenAI key you supply in Settings. Usage is charged through your chosen provider; Friender adds no separate AI-token usage bill. Review generated posts or messages for accuracy and your preferred voice.
Can I use Friender from my phone?
You can access the web app in a mobile browser for available management tasks. The full Facebook-connected workflow uses the desktop Google Chrome extension. Plan your workflow around the device and browser needed for each action.
