    How each day works

    A ten-minute routine

    Sync, accept tracked friend requests, reply, and clear reminders. The routine grows as you set up each feature, so by day 93 it covers your queue, labels, automations and pipeline.

    One to three focus tasks

    Each task gives you the exact clicks, the time it takes, and a clear finish line, so you always know when you're done.

    A weekly review

    Every seventh day you record the numbers that show your progress: friends, acceptances, conversations, automations, posts and pipeline value.

    Each task shows the Friender plan that includes it. Tasks marked Free run on the free plan; compare the others on Pricing.

    Friender is connected, synced every day, your account is protected, and your profile, contacts, posts and birthdays are organized.

    Week 1

    Everything else in this plan runs on a connected extension and an accurate time value, so today makes the rest of the year possible.

    Daily routine

    1. Open desktop Chrome, sign in to Facebook, and leave Chrome open while you work. Friender's queue, scheduled posts and auto-responder run through the extension.

      Where: Dashboard onboarding checklist > Install Friender Extension

      1. Open desktop Google Chrome and sign in to app.friender.io.
      2. On the Dashboard, open the onboarding checklist.
      3. Complete Onboarding questionnaires.
      4. Click Install Friender Extension and add it to Chrome.
      5. Sign in to the Facebook account you'll use with Friender (one Friender account connects to one Facebook account).
      6. Return to the Dashboard and wait for the checklist to show the extension as Installed and Facebook as Connected.

      Done when: The checklist shows Install Friender Extension: Installed and the Facebook login check: Connected.

      1. Click your photo in the top-right corner and choose My Profile.
      2. Find How much do you value 1 hour of your time in dollars? and click Edit.
      3. Enter your hourly value and save.

      Done when: My Profile shows your hourly value. The Dashboard's Total saved figures use it from now on.

    How to use this plan

    1. Click Start the plan today. The page saves today as your start date in this browser and opens day 1.
    2. Open the day, work through the Daily routine, then do each task. Tick a task's checkbox when its Done when line is true.
    3. Come back tomorrow. The page opens on your current day, and the button at the top reads Go to today.
    4. To pick up a day you skipped, type its number in Go to day and click Open. To restart from a new date, change Start date.
    5. To follow the plan inside Friender, sign in and click Add it to my Action Plans calendar. Content Report Card opens on its Plan tab. Click Load the 365-Day Plan to add all 365 days to Action Plans, starting on your start date. If the plan is already there, click Open my 365-Day Plan.
    6. To clear everything in this browser, click Start over in Your progress and confirm.

    Questions about the plan

    Which Friender plan do I need?

    Start on any plan, including free. Each task shows the plan that includes the feature it uses, and Pricing lists what each plan includes.

    How do I get the full masterclasses?

    Every masterclass page opens with a free public guide you can use right away. The full lessons and videos are included with Lucky #7, a one-time course purchase. The 1K Followers FAST Masterclass and 252 Viral Post Templates are optional Lucky #7 upgrades.

    How long does each day take?

    Most days take 15 to 45 minutes, including the ten-minute routine. Masterclass days can run to an hour.

    What if I miss a day?

    Pick up at your next unfinished day with Go to day, or move your start date. The plan builds step by step, so finishing days in order works best.

    What needs to be open while Friender works?

    Keep desktop Google Chrome open and signed in to Facebook. Friender's friend-request queue, scheduled posts and Message Auto Responder run through the Chrome extension.

    Can I see the plan in my Friender calendar?

    Yes. Click Add it to my Action Plans calendar, then Load the 365-Day Plan in Content Report Card. Each day's tasks appear on its date, ready to check off.
