From connection to customer

Full narrated product walkthrough. Workflow illustrations are labeled in the video; screenshots show real Friender screens.

0:00 — From first connection to customer

Turn Facebook connections into customer relationships. Friender brings your audience, conversations, content, follow-up, and sales tracking together. Let's walk through two ways to use it: meet relevant new people, or start with the audience you already have. This is a product walkthrough using real Friender screens. Your offer and conversations shape the results.

0:20 — Find people engaging with competitor ads

Start with people already showing interest. Use Friender to filter your Facebook feed to ads. Find a relevant competitor's ad, then use Friender to target the people commenting and engaging on that post. Their engagement gives you a starting point for finding relevant people. Here is how that connects to your request queue.

0:37 — Choose the people you want to meet

Open the post menu and choose Run Friender. Set your reaction, country, mutual-friend, and keyword filters. Add negative keywords to refine the match. Friender scans the post and adds matching profiles to your queue. You can also build your audience from groups, suggested friends, and friends of friends.

0:55 — Give each new connection a next step

In Friend Requests, review the queue and set your sending schedule. Configure a message for when a request is sent or accepted. Keep it relevant to the person and the conversation you want to start. Friender tracks request status and the contact's original source, so you can see where the relationship began.

1:11 — Start with your existing audience

Already have an audience? Start in Contacts. Sync your Facebook contacts, review their engagement, and select the people relevant to your offer. Use labels and tags to organize interests and relationships. Then add a selected audience to a campaign. Your existing connections can enter the same follow-up process as new people.

1:29 — Keep the conversation personal

Inside Messenger, Friender puts your customer relationship tools beside the conversation. Use saved quick replies, personalize your message, and keep labels, tags, notes, and reminders with the contact. You can pick up the conversation with context and give each person a clear next step.

1:45 — Create reusable, personal messages

Templates help you reuse the parts of a message that work. Combine message segments, merge fields, image groups, and tracked links. Create variations for different audiences, then use those templates in your campaigns and automations. You decide the message and the offer.

2:00 — Reach a relevant audience on your schedule

Campaigns bring your selected contacts, message, and sending schedule together. Plan an invitation, a useful resource, or an offer for a relevant segment. Review the campaign's contacts and progress as it runs. For a sequence of messages over time, use the visual automation builder.

2:17 — Build the follow-up once

In Automation, choose what starts the workflow: a tag, label, campaign, contact update, or tracked link event. Add a message, a delay, and the next action. Use filters to branch the journey, update tags, or move a contact into another automation. Configure end conditions so the workflow responds when the person's situation changes.

2:39 — Turn interest into a conversation

The message auto-responder connects a keyword to a saved message and tags. When someone asks for your resource, Friender can send the relevant response and organize that contact for follow-up. Post Profits and post reply settings help you continue the conversation with people engaging on your own posts.

2:55 — Give your audience a reason to engage

Keep useful content in front of your audience with post scheduling, repeat settings, and a calendar view. Review post engagement to see who is responding. Automation can also engage on friends' posts. Content and conversations work together to help you build relationships over time.

3:11 — Build relationships in your community

Group Monkey adds group management: approvals, email verification, welcome posts, member messages, and lead exports. Birthday Wisher helps you celebrate people and schedule follow-ups. Friend Disconnector and engagement tracking help you maintain a relevant friends list. These tools support the relationships behind your sales process.

3:30 — Connect the conversation to your website

Now connect the conversation to your offer. In C R M, open Link manager and create a tracked link to your page. You can use a custom tracking domain. Share that link through Friender so the click can connect back to the known contact and the relationship you have been building.

3:45 — Install the Friender tracking script

Select Tracking script, then View script. Copy your account's script into the header of the website pages you want to track. This connects supported website activity to recognized contacts arriving through your tracked links. It gives you context about their journey beyond Facebook.

4:01 — Record the lead and the sale

Next, open View events. Install the Lead event at a successful signup, and the Sales event at a confirmed purchase, using the actual sale value. Custom events support other milestones. Your website needs to fire these events at the right moment, so the activity reflects what the person actually did.

4:18 — Follow up on what people actually do

Back in Automation, choose a Link manager event to trigger the next step. A page visit can start a relevant follow-up. A lead event can deliver the next resource. A sale event can start customer onboarding. Use sales pipelines to organize deals and stages as relationships move toward a purchase.

4:35 — Add AI context to your conversations

The Intelligence plan adds the A I layer: contact analysis, profile enrichment, full message history sync, and help creating posts and messages. Voice Bible captures your writing style to guide content. Connect your own supported A I provider key; provider usage is billed by that provider. Review the output and make it your own.
